Biography
I became a professional astrologer in 2014 after a career as an Executive Director for March of Dimes, Arthritis Foundation and St. Louis Effort for AIDS. I honed my people skills in working with staff, hundreds of volunteers. And Boards. In 2007 I graduated from Lindenwood College with a Master’s in Professional Counseling. But throughout this path, astrology (primarily) and metaphysical disciplines like feng shui and craniosacral body therapy were my first love. I brought them into whatever work I was doing because that is who I am. I have been a Board member of the Astrological Association in St. Louis for many years. I served briefly on Kepler College’s Board, setting up a Development Council. I was privileged to study in Steven Forrest’s Apprenticeship Programs and am now near graduation from the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology. After a life changing illness, I left my first job. I decided not to become a Licensed Professi9nal Counselor, but focused on my first love, astrology.

Approach to readings
I am an evolutionary astrologer with a psychological bent. I am looking at the chart as an aspirational map for the client. Every planet presents a spectrum of energy available to the client. We decide in where we place the needle on the spectrum. If we are able to consciously understand our unconscious reactions, we make better decisions for our to help us to fulfill our mission in this life. But we are human. Everyone learns through trial and error as we go, so no shame attached to our less effective choices. There will always be another chance to address our planetary energies differently. I believe that there is nothing in the chart that is not necessary for our soul growth. In the words of Carl Jung, we are handed a map to this life that fits us perfectly. He wrote :”We are born at a given moment, in a given place, and like …wine, we have the qualities of the year and season in which we have been born.”
