Our approach to reviews

Reviews should reflect real experiences

Reviews should come from people who have genuinely used a practitioner's services.

Practitioners must not create reviews about themselves, arrange fake reviews or otherwise try to mislead visitors about their reputation. Good Astrologers does not manufacture or sell positive reviews.

Positive and negative feedback

A review will not be removed simply because it is negative. Genuine criticism can be useful to other visitors.

We may remove or refuse reviews that are:

• Fake or fabricated
• Submitted by the practitioner themselves
• Unrelated to the practitioner's services
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or hateful
• Clearly defamatory, spam or seriously misleading

We may also moderate content where necessary to protect privacy or meet legal requirements.

Practitioner responses and verification

Practitioners may be given an opportunity to respond to reviews. Responses must remain professional and must not disclose private client information.

Reviews are separate from practitioner verification. Positive reviews do not mean that a practitioner's qualifications or experience have been verified, and verification does not guarantee positive reviews.

Our independence

Membership does not buy positive reviews, removal of legitimate criticism or preferential treatment.

Reviews are intended to provide useful information so visitors can make their own decisions about which astrologer may be right for them.
