About
Biography
My astrology journey began at 7 years old when my elderly babysitter and I used to do crossword puzzles in the newspaper. I asked her about the horoscopes, and she lit up and said, “Oh, those tell you what’s going to happen today.” I asked, “Why isn’t this on the front page?!?” My interest continued to grow, and when I studied classical literature and mythology at the University of Notre Dame, one of my professors taught me about the many layers of astrology beyond the sun sign. I was amazed at how uncanny astrology can be. After graduation and professional involvement in music, public education and eventually international business, I realized career fulfillment would come only through my passion for astrology, and Lakeview Astrology was born. Everyday I wake up excited to work with clients helping them better understand themselves and the world around them, and as we exchange ideas about their charts, they never fail to teach me new truths about this ancient practice. I’m so lucky to have found my path, and I can help you find yours.

Approach to readings
As an Evolutionary Astrologer, my primary focus is facilitating each client’s growth by using the Zodiac’s unique vantage point to see life from different angles that generate new, exciting pathways of thought, action and personal evolution. If you’re in a rut or just want to foster a more soul-fulfilling life, a horoscope reading can help you chart your course. While astrology is archetypically predictive, concrete outcomes are a result of how each individual deals with the cosmic vibrational influences they encounter. A good reading can help you process past events, prepare for future influences and embrace the present with love and compassion for others and yourself. Astrology has been around for over 5,000 years, so there are many approaches, concepts and schools of thought about how it “should” be done. Dogmatic beliefs about these can myopically restrict one’s vision, so I study and embrace many different styles and concepts of astrology because you never know what will resonate with a client’s soul. There is no single “right” way to practice this craft. All of the different theories within astrology are the result of millions of datapoints that have been collected over the ages. The founder of analytical psychology Carl Jung described astrology as “the sum of all the psychological knowledge of antiquity.” I treat it as a gift from our ancestors to be cherished, respected and shared with love.
