Biography
I’m Cindy McKean, a professional astrologer, educator, author, and 3D astrology pioneer based in Chicago. I specialize in AstroMapping, bringing together AstroCartoGraphy, Local Space Astrology, and Geodetics to explore the connections between people and places. I have developed curricula for Kepler College in the USA, Nodoor Astrology in China, AstroCollege in Australia, and astrology schools in Egypt and beyond. I also offer independent classes, write the AstroMapping column for The Evolving Astrologer, and have been published on Astrodienst. I presented on the astronomy of AstroMapping at the United Astrology Conference. A former physician with degrees in medicine, public health, and business, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to my work. Having lived in eight countries, I appreciate how profoundly a place can shape our experiences.
