Kaleigh’s approach to astrology is rooted in the traditional Hellenistic tradition, offering a time-honored framework for understanding the complexities of human experience, personal patterns, and the unfolding of our lives. She views astrology as a tool for self-discovery, reflection, and meaning-making. Astrology as a way to explore who we are, the experiences shaping us, and the people we are becoming. As an expressive arts therapist, Kaleigh’s work is also informed by humanistic thought and a person-centered approach, grounded in the belief that each person holds an innate capacity for growth, self-understanding, and transformation. She brings these values into her astrological practice by creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated, while inviting them to explore their lives with greater curiosity, compassion, and insight.
Approach to readings
Through the astrological lens, Kaleigh invites clients to explore the patterns that shape their experiences, the challenges they are working through, and the possibilities for growth that are emerging. Together, they might ask: How am I evolving? Who am I becoming? What am I learning through the experiences I am navigating? Her intention is to offer not only astrological insight, but also a supportive space to make meaning of personal experiences, reconnect with oneself, and cultivate wisdom along the way.
