About
Biography
I first practiced full-time astrology in New York City and furthered my study in London, England from 1974-1984 — receiving a Teacher Level from the American Federation of Astrologers in 1978, the Diploma of the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London - 1979, and the Astrologisch-Psychologisch API Diploma of the Huber School in Zurich in 1981. I have taught astrology classes in London, Zurich, Los Angeles, Miami, New Haven, Copenhagen, and co-led Huber Perspective training retreats in Switzerland, Brazil, California, New Mexico and Florida. My book MERCURY: Anatomy of a Planet (Aquarian Press/Thorsons, 1983) was published in English, Italian and Dutch. When I returned to the United States to attend the University of Florida Law School (J.D., 1986) — and later Yale Divinity School (M.Div, 1992) — my full-time astrology was set aside.. but not entirely. As a Miami prosecutor, and later as a priest in Los Angeles, there was always time to do an occasional horoscope or lecture. In fact, three work colleagues (one lawyer, one priest and one psychologist) found psychological astrology so compelling that they insisted on being taught the basics. To this day, serious astrology has become part of their professional tools. In 2007, I purchased the historic San Geronimo Lodge in Taos, New Mexico and began hosting interfaith spiritual retreats alongside serving at St. James Episcopal Church. Ten years later, I sold the San Geronimo and have since then moved to my home in Dade City, Florida. Now fully retired from the law, priesthood, and bed & breakfast ownership — time is of the essence. I can and must re-connect with the passion of my lifetime!

When I think of writing a review for my experience of Pam Tyler and her astrology, I hardly know where to begin. I first asked Pam to do my chart in the early 80s. I sent her my details, and she sent me her findings. She was so uncannily accurate that I knew that this was an astrologer whom I could trust who would give me accurate and very helpful guidance. In the years that followed, I remember contacting Pam many times as things in my life became difficult, and I needed guidance. She gave me that guidance many, many times, and each time I better understood what was happening and could manage it in an honest and reasonable way. It was through Pam Tyler, and her focus on Huber Astrology, that I learned about Psychosynthesis and then trained to become a Psychosynthesis psychotherapist. I continue to practice as a psychotherapist to this day and have done so for many years now, thanks to her. I would recommend Pam Tyler as an astrologer with absolute certainty. Her understanding of life and her integrity in her work are unmatched in my experience. I am eternally grateful that I was guided to her all those years ago.
