About
Biography
Laura is an experienced, spiritually focused psychological astrologer and well-being consultant who helps clients navigate challenges and opportunities. With more than 20 years of practice, she integrates astrology, myth, meditation, and other modalities into her sessions. Her approach encourages clients to connect with their inner divinity and explore new perspectives. She views astrology as a tool for healing and personal development, not merely a predictive instrument. Beyond her 1-on-1 consulting, Laura leads and co-hosts workshops and retreats with wellness-focused healers and teachers from around the world. These heartfelt retreats offer a nurturing, holistic approach to personal growth. She's been a panelist on the Talk Cosmos podcast since 2018 and has hosted her own show, Mythic Sky Storytime, since 2022. Since earning her doctorate in Human Science in 2014, Laura has been on a quest to present the “woo” in a way that is easy to understand and practical to apply. Using astrology and myth to understand the self, and seeing both as a way of storying, moves them out of the realm of mere divination and into the sacred and sensible. Laura has written for The Mountain Astrologer, Celestial Vibes, and Tarot.com. She has served on the board of the Washington State Astrological Association (WSAA). She has also served on the Association for Astrological Networking (AFAN) steering committee and the planning committee for the 2018 United Astrology Conference (UAC).
