About
Biography
For twenty-five years I worked as a youth advocate in the field of public education. I am a graduate of the Soul Wise School of Evolutionary Astrology. My teachers, Laura Nalbandian, Rose Marcus, and Patricia Walsh, were original students of Jeffrey Wolf Green. I facilitate in person astrology groups and consult one-on-one with clients both in person and over zoom. Additionally, I write poetry for the transits on Substack and have published a set of Degree Symbol poems (accessible on my website).
Approach to readings
My approach to readings is experiential, relational, evolutionary, and queer. By experiential, I mean that the client's experience leads the consultation. By relational, I mean that clients or group members build meaning with me. We are always in dialogue, just like we are always in dialogue with the planets. By evolutionary, I mean the Soul drives the experiences from which we derive meaning and purpose. I believe we are in a process of continuous, dynamic change. Astrology supports us in waking up to this process and choosing to participate. By queer I mean that as a member of the LGBTQIA community, my approach to the planets is to not think of them as a particular gender. My queer identity and lived experience informs my tendency to approach most things with a critical lens.
